【アプリ開発記録】Apple審査 リジェクト内容まとめ②

先日2回のリジェクトをもらった内容をブログにまとめ↓、再々審査に提出したところなのですが、また新たな指摘をもらったのでその内容をまとめました。

願わくば、1回で全部指摘してほしい…というのが本音ですが、今回は計4回のリジェクトをもらい、合計5回提出することになりました。

それでも、今はAppleの審査が大体1両日で返ってくるのは救いです。（以前は5営業日ぐらいかかっていたような…）

指摘①アプリ内課金アイテムの「AppStoreプロモーション」にはアプリアイコンと違うものを設定する

Guideline 2.3.2 – Performance – Accurate Metadata

We noticed that your promotional image to be displayed on the App Store does not sufficiently represent the associated promoted in-app purchase. Specifically, we found the following issue with your promotional image:

– Your promotional image is the same as your app’s icon.

有料のサブスクリプションを打ち出す箇所には、アプリアイコンではないイメージを使って違いがわかるようにしなければならない、という指摘でした。

プレミアムということがわかるようにアイコンを少し修正しました。

指摘②サインインした後にユーザーに名前を要求している。その情報は Apple 認証システムを通して取得すべき

Guideline 4.0 – Design

Your app offers Sign in with Apple as a login option but does not follow the design and user experience requirements for Sign in with Apple.

Specifically:

– Your app requires users to provide their name (not pre-populated) after using Sign in with Apple. This information is already provided by the Authentication Services framework.

These requirements provide the consistent experience users expect when using Sign In with Apple to authenticate or log in to an account.

この指摘は、1回目のリジェクトの際にも全く同じものをもらっていました。

その際は、Happy Shared ShoppingではApple認証で使う「本名」が必要なのではなく、アプリ内のみで使用するニックネームを付けてくれればいいんだよ、ということを端的に反論しました。

2回目のリジェクトの際にはこの点には触れられていなかったのですが、3回目のリジェクトの際にまた指摘されました。

なので、もう少し丁寧に書いてみたところ、通りました。

指摘③カメラ起動時は日本語でカメラアクセスする旨を記載する

Guideline 4.0 – Design

We noticed an issue in your app that contributes to a lower-quality user experience than App Store users expect:

• Your app’s permissions requests are not written in the same language as your app’s Japanese localization. To help users understand why your app is requesting access to a specific feature, your app’s permission requests should be in the same language as your app’s current localization.

Since App Store users expect apps to be simple, refined, and easy to use, we want to call your attention to this design issue so you can make the appropriate changes.

指摘④カメラを使用する目的を示す

Guideline 5.1.1 – Legal – Privacy – Data Collection and Storage

The app requests the user’s consent to access the camera, but doesn’t sufficiently explain the use of the camera in the purpose string.

To help users make informed decisions about how their data is used, permission request alerts need to explain and include an example of how the app will use the requested information.

2つの指摘にはまとめて対応しました。

カメラ起動時に何の目的でカメラを使用するかを日本語で表記するように改めました。

Apple審査通過！

4回のリジェクトをもらい、5回の提出を経て、ようやくApple審査を通過しました！（1回で指摘して～…💧）

毎度毎度これは嬉しい…(T T)

広告を挿入してVer1.0.0とし、近日中にリリース予定です。もうしばしお待ちください。
